Our work culture

As a young consultancy, we rely on modern management methods and evidence-based insights for humane workplace design. This guides our leadership behavior, workplace design, and organisational structure.

The engine in our daily work is participation. We ensure that all employees can participate in important decision-making processes. Taking responsibility from the start is not just a phrase at Vienesse – here, working students moderate strategy workshops and newcomers immediately go into customer contact. Our colleagues also like to use the flexible working models – whether completely remote, on workation, or in our Vienna office, working at Vienesse is flexible.
