As a young consultancy, we focus on modern management methods and evidence-based findings on humane workplace design. We base our management behaviour, workplace design and organisational structure on this.

The driving force in our everyday work is participation. We make sure that all employees can participate in important decision-making processes. Taking responsibility right from the start is not just an empty phrase at Vienesse – here, student trainees moderate strategy workshops and most new hires go into customer contact right away. Our colleagues also like to use the flexible working models – whether completely remote, on Workation or at our Vienna office, working at Vienesse is flexible.

Put your Money where your Mouth is

Probably the most transparent and striking way for a company to make a social impact is to donate money. For this reason, we have committed ourselves to donating 5% of the company’s profits to charity every year. Where these donations go is decided in a participatory manner between all employees.

Furthermore, we make our knowledge available to non-profit organisations on pro bono projects with the aim of empowering them internally through digitalisation. The strategic integration of our knowledge transfer with non-profit organisations is based on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. We see it as our long-term mission to contribute to each of the 17 goals.
