Who we are

We are a rapidly growing IT consultancy with locations in the heart of Vienna and Bamberg. Founded by entrepreneurial passionate alumni of the University of Vienna, our company has developed into a dynamic team determined by innovative strength and dedication.

We believe in a pragmatic approach and rely on a hands-on mentality to provide our customers with the best possible service. For us, authenticity is a core value that is reflected in every aspect of our work.

To fulfill our mission, we work closely with our customers. Our approach to digital transformation is holistic and involves all levels of the organisation – from customers to employees to management. Our work culture

As a young consultancy, we rely on modern management methods and evidence-based insights for humane workplace design. This guides our leadership behavior, office design, and organisational structure.

The engine in our daily work is participation. We ensure that all employees can participate in important decision-making processes. Taking responsibility from the start is not just a phrase at Vienesse – here, working students moderate strategy workshops and newcomers immediately go into customer contact. Our colleagues also like to use the flexible working models – whether completely remote, on workation, or in our Vienna office, working at Vienesse is flexible.
